Hotel Hullu Poro has 158 rooms. Guests can choose from 130 double rooms with private saunas, bathtubs, or steam showers. There are 16 family rooms for up to four people, and 11 two-story apartments accommodate up to six guests. All rooms are non-smoking with Wi-Fi. Some rooms have balconies. Standard Twin rooms (20 m2) include a fridge, coffee maker, water kettle, WC, shower, and hairdryer. Two-story Apartments (47 m2 + upstairs 30 m2) have beds for five, a small bedroom downstairs with one 120cm bed, two 90cm beds upstairs on the indoor balcony, a separate bedroom with two 90cm beds, a large corner sofa, an extra couch, a TV, a kitchen-living room, dinnerware, a dishwasher, a shower, a private sauna, and two WCs.

Hullu Poro's Bistro serves bistro foods. Guests can enjoy a menu with burgers and meat cooked over an open flame at Wanha Hullu Poro. Ämmilä offers a lunch buffet and a Lappish buffet on Sundays. The menu features dishes served with olive oil, fresh herbs, and cheese. Ristorante Renna serves pizza and pasta. Asia Hullu Poro offers new taste sensations in the sushi range. The Kammi restaurant provides a unique dining experience featuring delicacies of Lapland. A long table is available in the hall, where kitchen staff creates a Heavenly Feast. The Northern Cowboy kitchen is open.

Guests can enjoy the northernmost 18-hole golf course in the EU. A gym offers a Star Trac Pro exercise bike, Matric exercise bike, Star Trac Johnny G. Spinner Elite Spinning bike, Body Tone Propus running mat, TechnoGym Cross Trainer machine, and Concept2 indoor rowing machine. Guests can also borrow tablets from reception preloaded with training exercises and step-by-step instructions. The traditional riverbank sauna by the river Ounasjoki can host up to 15 people. The sauna is unisex. Treatments and services such as a cosmetician and masseur, as well as a salt room and an infrared sauna, are available for a fee.
